Mr. LIAN has worked more than 10 years in both R&D and management positions in a SOE affixed directly to the central authority. He created some inventions and received various awards and honors.
Before joining Kingsound, Mr. LIAN has accumulated a plenty of experience in contract law, corporate law and civil law litigation business in a famous law firm in Beijing.
After joining Kingsound in 2008, he is mainly engaged in patent representation in mechanics, electronics and telecommunications. His major clients include: Toyota Motor Corporation, Panasonic Electric Works, ResMed Limited, Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd., LG Chem Ltd., TYCO Healthcare Group, China Academy of Sciences, Huawei Technology Ltd., Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai, Bank of China Inc., Baosteel Group Corporation, China Coal Research Institute, China Academy of Building Research, Wuxi Suntech Power Co., Ltd., Galanz Group Ltd., etc. His expertise includes drafting and proofreading patent application documents, responding to office actions, representing in patent invalidation, administrative litigation and infringement litigation, and consulting.
Mr. LIAN was invited to give lectures on patent litigation for a senior training program held by Japan Intellectual Property Association in November 2009.

Education and Work Experience
He graduated from the Department of Hoisting and Conveying Machinery and Construction Machinery of Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1990 and received a Bachelor’s degree.
He worked as technician, engineer, director of the technology department and manager of the Inspection and Maintenance Plant of Shanxi Aluminum Factory of China Aluca Group in succession from 1990-2006.
He obtained a lawyer’s certificate in 2006 worked as a lawyer at Beijing W&H Law Firm.
He obtained a patent agent’s certificate in 2007.
He joined Kingsound in 2008.
